Delivery times can vary significantly due to the complex nature of the transportation network that each package travels through. Several factors influence the speed of delivery, including the distance between our fulfillment center and the delivery address, the carrier’s capacity, local demand, seasonal surges in shipping volume, and weather conditions. While most orders typically arrive within a window of ten to twenty business days, this range is based on standard shipping times under normal conditions, and it accounts for business days only. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the estimate, as carriers generally do not operate on those days. Unforeseen events, such as extreme weather, high shipping demand, or transportation issues, may cause delays. These factors can affect both domestic and international shipments, and while we make every effort to ensure that orders are processed quickly, delays can occasionally happen.

Due to the variable nature of shipping conditions, we are unable to provide an exact delivery date for any order. Once an order is confirmed and enters the processing stage, its shipping details are finalized, and no further changes can be made to the delivery address or routing. Packages that are already in transit cannot be redirected, so it’s important that customers carefully review their shipping details before completing the checkout process. Providing accurate and complete address information helps carriers to efficiently route packages, reduce sorting errors, and minimize delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or missing information.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is entirely managed by the carrier. During transit, packages may pass through multiple distribution centers, each with its own operational conditions, such as heavy workloads, weather-related delays, or security checks. In some cases, shipments may be temporarily held if there is an issue with the delivery address or if additional verification is needed. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will notify the customer promptly, remove the unavailable item from the order, and issue a refund for that item.

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the total amount or the destination. Depending on the shipping carrier and delivery location, a signature or the presence of the recipient may be required at the time of delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may attempt delivery again on a different day. However, if multiple attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method. To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend customers track their shipments and ensure they are available to receive the package during the expected delivery window.

Customers can track the status of their order at any time through our website’s tracking feature. This tool provides updates on each stage of the fulfillment process, including when the order is being processed, when it ships, and the movement of the package within the carrier’s system. These updates help customers stay informed and offer peace of mind during the delivery process.

There are situations where an order may not be processed or shipped. These include items that are out of stock, destinations that are not supported by the carrier, addresses that require a physical location instead of a P.O. Box, or issues with payment verification. If there are errors in the shipping or payment information, this can cause delays or lead to order cancellation.

If a customer receives an item that is different from what was ordered, they should contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a return and refund. Returns for sizing issues are also accepted, but customers will need to place a new order for the correct size.
